Traineeships at BAUR
When it comes to our employees and therefore our apprentices, our motto “ensuring the flow” means that each and every individual puts their energy and motivation into achieving our ambitious goals. To do this, we need highly motivated young people who we will train to become successful junior employees.
Our apprenticeship programme focuses on electronics. We also provide training for industrial sales representatives.
Training takes place at our training workshop in Sulz. We offer our apprentices numerous opportunities for personal development. They can incorporate their own ideas or get a taste of different departments within the company.

The various stages of your traineeship

We will invite you to an open day, so that you can get a better idea of the traineeship experience at BAUR. You will be looked after for the day and given a tour of the various departments.

Those applying for the role of electronics engineer will need to sit an entrance test. This will take one hour and includes fundamental questions from the fields of mathematics and physics.

During your interview, we would like to get to know you a little better.

In the second year of their apprenticeship, our prospective electronics engineers take part in a competition for apprentices. This is how the trainer tests your level of knowledge.

You need to achieve good grades when you sit your final apprenticeship examination at the end of your apprenticeship. It is worth making the effort to prepare properly.

We are very keen to take on all apprentices on a permanent basis and to help you shape your future career path at BAUR. Depending on the specialist field and needs of the relevant departments, our apprentices may choose where they want to work in future.
