Are the vacancies posted on your website current?

Our job postings are maintained on a constant basis and are therefore always up to date.

 

How do I apply?

We prefer to receive applications via e-mail. You are also welcome to send your application in by post.

I’m interested in several vacancies. Should I send a separate application for each job posting?

If you are interested in several of our vacancies, please indicate this in your covering letter or e-mail. You do not need to submit a separate application for each position.

 

I don’t see a vacancy that is suitable for me. Is it possible to submit an unsolicited application?

You are also welcome to send us an unsolicited application if we have not advertised a suitable position for you. In this case, it is particularly important that you indicate what type of position you are looking for and in what area so that we can optimally match our vacancies and your needs.

 

What documents should I include with my application?

All documents relevant to the respective position, such as a covering letter, CV, copies of certificates, etc.

 

How big can attachments be?

Your attachments must not exceed max. 2 MB.

 

What happens after I have submitted my application?

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail as soon as your application is received. If you wish to clarify any unanswered questions regarding your application, please contact our HR department.

 

How does the selection process work?

Submitted applications are reviewed and invitations to attend an interview are then arranged. After the interviews, all applicants will of course be informed of the outcome.

 

How long is the application process?

Since this is about you, we will of course take the time to review your application in detail. However, we also endeavour to provide you with prompt feedback about your application.

 

How long is my application data stored?

Your data will be stored for a period of 6 months from receipt of your application.

 

Who has access to my data?

Your data will be processed electronically and shared with the HR department. Following careful review, HR will then pass your documents on to the relevant department. All data that you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence.
